2. Payment of Stamp Fees: Pay the stamp fees before the bank information submitted. 

3. Necessary Document : a) Name clearance certificate.

                                           b) RJSC website form fill up (1, 12, 6, 9, 10) with directors signature. 

                                           c) Bank receipt cheek proof for payment information. 

                                           d) Fill up the require field passport size photo in director. 

                                           e) The authorized share capital 20000 fees tk 360. 

4. Tax requirement: Every company must register tax appropriate authority under the national board.

5. Trade license: Apply for trade license in city corporation. Present, Dhaka city corporation is divided into 2 (north & south). Applicant apply on nearest office. 

6. RJSC office: Regularly contact with RJSC office. Now RJSC office has 4 offices. Main office is Dhaka and other Chittagong, Khulna and Rajshahi.
